Pathetic Service.
I took out funeral cover with Standard Bank in Last Year and Advise the Consultant that I will advise them when to take off the First Premium on the 08 th January 2026, they took off R 281,66 without even informing me, I am a Sassa Struggling Sickly Person. I went into the Standard Bank At Signet Terrace Branch off which they said it will be reimbursed up until Now it's Not Done. May you please get my Refund done Urgently and also Cancel the Funeral Cover. my Full Name Parusha Naidoo, Identity number *** Contact number ***

13 Jan 2026, 10:53I would like my Refund to be Done Immediately as I was told by the Consultant it will be done and Up until Now it's not done. May you please reimburse my R 281,66 back into my Standard Bank Account *** and cancel my Funeral Cover. I didn't authorize a debit order to be done on my bank account. The consultant did her own thing. Your assistance is much appreciated.
