Pathetic service

<p>To begin with I never requested for them to insure my building and they went ahead and did it anyway, I have been paying dual insurance over two years. When I contacted them to cancel I was given the run around and made to wait 10 - 20 days just for cancellation even though I provided proof of my other cover. I am now waiting an additional 15 days for my refund. absolutely devastating.</p>
