Pathetic Service

Forced to provide a 1 Star. Worse service ever received. Over 2 weeks claim is not been attended to where I have to call for updates all the time and always given new issues and new stories. Really made a big mistake of moving over to Standard Bank. Sent number of emails to no avail and the good thing is all my calls are recorded and each time I call all recordings have different outcomes.
