Pathetic service (2nd review!!!)

This is a second follow up review on my first review that I have posted 6 days ago. I logged a claim now almost 2 weeks ago regarding a faulty alarm system at my home. After the review on Hellopeter they finally responded, but now again it is 6 days since that and nothing was sorted out. Their service is pathetic to say the least.
