Pathetic service

It’s so unfortunate that I couldn’t attach the photo of my door that has completely fallen so that I can prove how unsafe I am with the kids. I’m still waiting for the standard bank insurance to fix the door that was damaged by the floods that happened 3 months ago. Amongst many things that they have not attended the door was the priority. I am left with no choice but to source out money and fix the door…

What a sad frustrating experience!!!
