Pathetic service

Poor service at Call centre yesterday. Spoke to Zandi after waiting long for claim only to be told my policy was cancelled which was not the case. Was put through to Noma at Admin who confirm after long search policy is still active. Was then send back to claims only to wait again and after being on the phone for 36min my minutes ran out. Decided to come to a branch to phone to then be advised that they only work Monday to Friday. Will consider moving my structural insurance to Santam as well.
