Pathetic service
Still on the phone for 31 minutes and they want to transfer me to customer service center because my address is not captured correctly (I have my bond with them, their own stupid error) and then I have to sit in the Q again to try and register a claim. She cannot change my address.

26 Jul 2018, 20:07No one called me yet, sadly there response is false. I phoned yesterday and sat in a long Q again to follow up, they said and assessor will contact me latest today and still no call. Terrible service, so grateful that I have not needed them often but so sad that I have been paying years for this
