2 days to replace a Geyser

Please do not take out home insurance with standard bank. They dont have a clue on how to work efficiently .They use sub standard plumbers like Phuthanang Plumbing who arrive at 4pm to replace a Geyser that was reported at 8h30am. They then leave without notice as they don't have spare parts. The spare part in question is a "Geyser ". Standard bank you suck and I will be looking to change my insurance and my bond to another service provider.
