Pathetic service

Standard unlimited car insurance is pathetic. I'm lodging a complain against them. It is my first time being with them and they so pathetic. I canceled my previous car insurance because they offered the same cover but just for lesser premiums. This is a disgrace for bad service as long as they deduct their money every month the have **** to do with the covered member.

I got stuck with my car Friday night due to a mechanical problem, only 3 women in the car. I phoned my car insurance which is standard unlimited insurance.. I phoned for hours and hours and hours for emergency help and not a dam person picked up the phone. They good to sell their products but not good to assist where needed.
