PATHETIC SERVICE

It is such a night mare calling 086 0123 999. I have a number of products with them and for close to a month now I have been struggling to get someone now who will assist me with some amendments that I need to do. I call them almost every day, if I am lucky to get through to someone, they will take my number and promise that someone will call me back. The person will never call. Earlier in the week I called, someone picked up and just remained silent. This morning I got through to someone who showed willingness in assisting, she provided me with some of the information I needed, but to get the amendments done’, she advised that another team will have to call me, she asked me the time I would like to receive the call and I gave it to her, it’s almost an hour later and I have not yet received the call. I need to be contacted please, my number is ***. I will be available to take calls when I am on a lunch break between 13:00 and 13:30pm This is not on, this is not the level of service STANDARD BANK promising.
