Pathetic service

<p>I have been fighting a losing battle with standard bank insurance for weeks now, 2 months ago I discovered that standard bank has been charging me for credit life cover which i have with Nedlife for the past 8 years. Both companies refuses to take accountability, unfortunately i cannot prove that Nedlife sent confirmation of cover to you guys and as result you guys cannot refund me back premiums i have been paying without my knowledge .I have since then requested to cancel Credit life cover and to date it is still not done, Cancellation letter was faxed to ********** 132 and ********** 991 several times. You premiums are double of what i m paying with Nedlife please cancel. Please listen to your recordings it seems like your staff members does not have clue with regards to your cancellation process.</p>
