Pathetic service

Once again Pathetic service from standard bank. They are just getting worse by the day. We have been loyal customers for x40 years.

We submitted a ***/003702

They first told us the claim is approved. Now they told us it is not covered. The Assessor told us it is covered.

We have been waiting for over a week. It is a broken toilet that none of us will be deliberately break. It is not a wear and tear item.

If std bank does not honour this claim. I am going to the ombudsman and I will cancel my policy with std bank and find a better service provider.
