Pathetic service

I cannot believe that I placed my trust in this insurance company. I've called more than 4 times on different days, I always hold for more than an hour then disconnect the line. One time I got hold of an agent but to my surprise she had said that she will request someone to call me back as she's in the "message centre", its been over 2 weeks and still no call back. Last week I called again and selected the option to get a call back when first in queue; well, well,well seemingly I'm still in queue cause no one has called or even attempted to email me. This service is pathetic and I'm going to be cancelling my policy with them.
