Pathetic Service

Standard bank insurance are pathetic.Takes them longer than a month to finalize the claim,end then i am already waiting 3 weeks for them to pay me out.I have asked that my claim are security related ,but they dont care.Try to call them and you are on hold for longer than 45 minutes every every time.
