PATHETIC IS NOT EVEN IN SBIB VOCABULARY!!!!!

I have tried since Monday the 24/10/2016 and today is the 25/10/2016 and I am still on HOLD. they answer the phone and then I just go back being keeping on hold!!! REALLY you take my money every month but does not have the curtesy to assist me!!!
