pathetic

we had storm on Sunday our boundary wall collapsed ,we lodged a claim ,it was rejected as the wall was not up to spec, my question is why did standard bank not mention this when they financed the house originally, and now they just want to reject the claim 02/091180 and we will be fighting this.
