PATHETIC!

After a delightful experience submitting my initial claim the service from STD Bank Insurance is non existent. Literally! I have been sending unanswered emails since 31 January 2022. Today I called the call center and after holding for 19 minutes, without speaking to a consultant i was asked to rate the service i received. Meanwhile I have incomplete work at my house. I do not have full use of my kitchen!
