PATHETIC

A year ago our retainer wall came down due to a heavy storm. The retainer wall is behind our tennis court. Standard bank Insurance sent an inspector and a contractor was assigned. This approved and vetted contractor came and his vehicle could not even make it up our driveway...... They started building the wall and mixed the dagga on my tennis court which compromised the entire tennis court surface. The retainer wall also had NO weep holes and we are on a sloped property. I have complained and mailed and a year Later the wall has crashed again with the last storm - Now my studio is sinking my court is ruined and the retainer wall is completed crashed. After being a loyal standard bank client for 20 years I am completed aggrieved as they just don't bother to get back to a person - PATHETIC!!! Standard bank you should be ashamed
