Pathetic experience Standard Bank Insurance

Standard Bank insurance make it near to impossible to cancel a policy with them . I have now spent the last just over 1 hour listening to their on hold music . Then dialed from another phone whilst the first is still holding for someone from retentions and the same happens for the second 35 mins and still holding .
