Good day , My name is STHEMBILE LUKHELE , I have been promised a third party pay out from standard bank insurance and haven't received anything till date , Its been 2 years that the claim was approved and not paid , If this is not rectified i will take further steps with the SHORT TERM OMBUDSMAN I spoke Zika Bosman , Melissa Olivier and countless others

I still have not been contacted with this issue , I dont think standard bank takes their clients or matters seriously at all , I will start proceedings at the FAIS ombud next week

I still haven’t been contacted by any one for the passed 72 hours I’ve been waiting for someone to contact.
What’s your definition of “contact shortly” do I need to wait another 2 years?
