Pathetic, disgraceful, ********** service

I have a leak in my bathroom at home. Have now been 3 weeks and hundreds of rands in phone calls and hours of holding on to speak to somebody and still nothing gets done. I am supposedly dealing with private banking department but I can only imagine how bad the non private banking service must be. Terrible Terrible woeful service. Happy to take my money every month but when it becomes time to help me, you are nowhere.
