PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!!!!!!!

Standard Bank Insurance are undeniably a waste of time! Further to my previous complaint of my backyard. They have supposedly "investigated" and found that my WALL HAS DETERIORATED bear in mind that my initial claim was for my BACKYARD floor, the ground that you walk on. They have no informed me that my complaint has been closed and that's theit final response!!! So you STANDARD BANK INSURANCE are happy leaving a disgruntled, unsatisfied customer with no resolution to my complaint and issue because you have investigated A WALL!!! It further drives my point that the assessor/contractor you've sent HAD NOT DONE HIS JOB PROPERLY, if his reports state our WALL has deteriorated. What WALL!!! Pathetic customer service.
