Pathetic customer service

The service is pathetic I logged a call Monday regarding a geyser they said to get back to me in 48 hours till today I have not heared anything On the claim . I called the call center and held the like for an hour still no assistance that time I am being debited every month I am definitely cancelling my insurance with standard bank and will never recommend them to anyone.
