Pathetic Communication and poor service to existing client

We at it again, always the same ****.... I send standard bank a competitive home owners insurance quote which is almost half the price and said please let us review the current cover because I would prefer not leaving even if it is only close to the alternative quote. It is now the 13th of the month still no luck, I have sent an email stating that we should review and just got a reply as to what the other insurance requirements are for cancellation. I have now been calling everyday since the 1st and some people say they will take a message to call me back, the more I explain that the platform they are using to call does not bring their calls through????? They phone once with a dead line and never try again, everyday I need to call and leave my number for them to phone me back, please really must it really be this difficult for a person to want to stay a client of yours????? As I type this I am on a call which is now 18min long and this every day?????????????????????????
