Pathetic, carelessness and all the bad things put together

They ignored the claim after writting off my sister's car

Pathetic service, it has been 3 month since they wrote off her car but never paid the money into her account, all they say is 'we are on the final stage' for a good 3 months, they don't answer when clients call. I think they should just focus on keeping banking money and any other business but definitely not insurance because they suck in this area. Im so disappointed and hurt, i actually want to take this matter further. The level of incompetence is on steroids
