Pathetic call centre service

Pathetic service received from clients Lungile and Nondwakazi.

Each of the consultants were unable to assist with a claim and also refused for me to speak to a senior stating that there were non available.

Two calls of more then 30 minutes each and dropped lines still resulted in an unresolved issue.

Thanks for nothing Standard Bank Insurance!!!
