Own up I cannot repair a house build on water pipes ? DID I BUILD THE HOUSE ?

Reference to my previous complaint......after waiting for 3 months for assistance for water running under the house,Joburg water send out someone to replace the broken pipe,which caused so much damage for replacement plus the fact that the water has been running for 3 month the walls are cracked in and around the house.Standardbank insurance says that it's not their fault that their engineers did not see that the house build on instead of next to the water pipe.Now I pay insurance but now I need to repair this house I pay the bank for and I pay insurance for how the hell ? I have all my facts and references .Wow I honestly need you guys to step in and I am still paying this house at standard bank, is it because I am a single mother now you guys are taking advantage of that ???????????
