Overly inflated valuations, poor communication...

Called them to get my policy cancelled seeing that I could get the same insurance at MUCH LOWER rates with other insurers - got asked to first get the new policy activated and that I had to then send the already-activated-policy doc to them - which I did - then only after that they informed me that they also needed Standard Bank's interest to be noted on the policy doc (noting that by now I was/still am paying for double-insurance because of their lack-of-info)... told them that they should then have told me that in the first place and also requested for them to do a revaluation seeing that their current valuation is overly inflated - didn't hear back from them again - then called again today only to speak to someone who I could hardly hear for a few minutes before the call cut off - she had my details right in front of her but didn't call back... won't recommend them at all...
