Over a month and no feedback

<p>i registered a claim on the 7th of Jan 2017 it took 2 weeks and 5 phone calls from myside to confirm when will someone come out to do an assessment for my leaking roof only to be told to get my own supplier which i did. i submited the documents and requested a call just to give me feedback and not once did i get a single call from them, i keep calling holding on for a minimun of 16 minutes for someone to answer, i do not even know who my claims operator is, received 0 calls from them 0 feedback, it rains everyday now and my roof is getting worse, This is ridiculas, pathetic insurance company of all.</p>
