OUTSURANCE

good day<br> i have been batteling with standard bank home insurance for a while now. Claim has been logged for stormwater damages to our awning, and till today nothing has been done.<br> further damage to our wooden doors because the roof has been left open for 3 months now and that claim has been rejected saying it is maintanace, but the doors damaged because of the recent rain as a result of the roof been left open
