Outstanding service from N Nkabinde

All I can say is WOW WOW the service I received from Nompumelelo Nkabinde is out of this world you difnitely need more staff like her I called into cancel my policy and I have being with SBIB for over 25 years she tried her utmost to change my mind in such a respectful manner in the end I said thank you and I asked to cancel as I did obtain cheaper insurance elsewhere. My debit order came of on the 1st November when I called to request a refund I got such attitude from the guy that answered the call on monday 11th difnitely needs training on how to speak to customers he promised to call me back still waiting on the call how ever I called in on friday the 15th an Nompumelelo answered and as soon as I gave her my I'd number she said hi I'm the one that spoke to you an tried to stop you from cancelling your policy wow was i taken aback that she even remembered she promised to sort it out for me immediately and that she would call me back well was I surprised when my phone rang about an hour later to say all sorted refund will be done on Monday I also want to thank Sunita from finance dept who assisted they need to be awarded for there outstanding service Thank you
