After reporting a leak at my property the previous evening, I was promised that a plumber would arrive at 08:00 the next day. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Despite following up, I still did not receive the help I needed.

Feeling frustrated, I contacted Mahlatse, and she immediately stepped in to assist. She handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring that a service provider was sent out promptly. Within an hour, the issue was being attended to.

If it were not for her intervention, I would likely still be without water. Employees like Mahlatse make a real difference, and I hope her excellent service is recognized.
