I have received an outstanding service from Ngcombela Phumi, Standard Bank insurance Claim department. my car was involved in an accident, i reported the claim Tuesday morning Wednesday afternoon, i received the SMS to say the claim was authorized, woow, she kept updating me during the process. Keep up the good work, i never hustle to put a claim. she is easy to get when you need her. she also assisted me with vehicle insurance claim in 2020, my claim took one week to be finalize, same week that i was involved in an accident, i put a claim, my car was a write off, same week i was driving my brand-new car, am really impressed Phumzile. keep the blue flag flying high.
