Outstanding Service

On the 25th April 2023, I had experienced something out of the ordinary, where a massive water tanker collapsed from a building and crashed onto my vehicle which was parked in a hospital parking lot. My car was damaged and I was left feeling completely helpless & in tears. I called Sbib to log a claim, and Phumi Ngcombela came to my rescue, she was more than empathetic, given that I was in a state of distress, The manner in which she assisted me was beyond amazing, she showed compassion and a complete willingness to help, her pleasant disposition and reassurance made the entire situation feel a whole lot easier to deal with. My airtime ran out ,& she called me back. I can't but express the gratitude I have for Phumi. She is totally efficient and competent at what she does and I wish to Say a Super Big Thank You for everything. Please UP THE GOOD WORK Phumi & stay Blessed.
