Open claim for 64 days. Still no update!!

Opened a claim with Standardbank on 10 December 2021. To date this claim is still open (64 days). After numerous emails and phone calls absolutely nothing is being done on Standardbank side. This is the most pathetic service from a bank insurance. There is absolutely no correspondence from them notifying me of any updates on this claim. Spending hours on the phone waiting to talk to agents, no response on emails.

If you are trying to lose clients you are doing one helluva job!!
