Ongoing claim

This is the second time I have had to go onto this platform about this issue. Please could a decision maker sort this out for me. I have put in a dread disease claim on the 1 September 2023 for the balance of my overdraft as well as my 2 credit cards. The insurance finalised my claim for my overdraft, thank you very much. I have however, received confirmation that the claims for the outstanding balances of my credit cards have been paid by insurance when they haven't. The insurance has confirmed that due to settlement of my credit card balances they have cancelled my insurance when the balances have not been settled as yet. Please process these final claims as a matter of urgency as 2 months have already gone by from date of submission of claims.
