ONCE AGAIN STD BANK HOME INSURANCE FAILS

On 12 April I submitted a claim for pest control. No word, no acknowledgment nothing, been sending complaints and queries for a week now.

On Thursday I phoned the "appointed" service provider they informed me they had received nothing from Standard Bank.

Upon phoning them, they called the service provider and said they could not get through and would arrange for an alternative and update me on that day to have the pest control come out by Friday.

Its now Saturday, 1 May 2021 and still no service provider or contact from Standard Bank.

This is the EXACT issue I had last year when I claimed for damage and it took them over 3 months to resolve.

Stay away from the home owners insurance, they not interested in assisting.
