ONCE AGAIN PATHETIC

IT'S A PITY I CAN NOT RATE YOU MINUS STAR, you don't even deserve the single star.

Your service is pathetic, to a point of believing that you are a ****. Three weeks now and still no answer on a claim of less than R5K, all you providing getting is promises that the claim is being assessed and someone will attend to the complain ... same story over and over ... just different voices.

Yesterday I got a call from your Executive complaints department with an assurance that I was going to be contacted before EOB (yesterday) ... well it's EOB, a day later. You also sent me a late night Twitter DM, requesting a case number, so someone can attend to the matter, I'm still waiting for that illusive someone.

Your service if too pathetic for the brand you claim to be. I had to go through the same abuse on my previous claim of not replacing but mere repair of a cell phone.

You are a group of bullies.
