on hold at std bank insurance 25 min

once again i have been left on hold for over 23 min amazingly when i call to add insurance with STD bank some one answered in 10 seconds

try follow up with a claim and now after 25 min mi still on hold. what ****py service all i hear is sorry we are experiencing high call volumes. what a load of ******* it is like this every time i call.
