If you were thinking of taking insurance with @StandardBankZA, think again. I had cancelled a scratch and dent insurance with them in May 2024. Tell me why they sent me confirmation and still deducted for months. Now I'm told I owe for Oct 24 and no one is helping

The people that call me tirelessly are the collection ones to whom I have to repeat this story to over and over again. It is frustrating, tiring because they all promise to investigate. I don't know how many emails I have sent in-between till today
