Standard Bank is the worst insurance ever, they claim the roof damage due to storm this is caused by nature is wear and tear !!!! I would like to know if my house did not have roof would standard bank still approve me for HOME INSURANCE OR FINANCIAL HELP, i do think so but yet the roof is not part of structure

I am abit frustrated with the response to my claim, as a client of standard bank I truly feel that I am not a priority but a number.
If my roof was damage by the storm should this not form some sort of nature damage as this not done intentionally. I feel that Standard is getting away with alot of wear and tear issue when the cause is actually damage because of nature.
The outcome of my claim is not acceptable and I would like to recieve the service I am paying for.
I trusted to go with Standard bank insurance because i believed that they would treat all customer equally and all cases fair but i Guess i was wrong, they are only for their best interest and not the client.
I am in the process and looking at another insurance company and will be publishing this to the media and share my story so and hopefully STANDARD BANK WON'T BE ABLE TO **** THEIR NEXT CLIENT. I AM PRETTY SURE ROOF COMPLETE HOUSE STRUCTURE.
