Nothing but bad service

A few months ago I called Standard Bank Insurance due to my overpriced cover on my house. The house was re-assessed and the insurance was decreased, though I was still not happy with the new assessment. I was then told that I will be refunded the extra amount I've been paying since the insurance started and this was on the 14th May. To date I haven't received my Refund nor any communication regarding this. I have phoned and emailed several times and am being told it's being financed but still nothing.
