Not so sure about this insurer...

Trying to cancel my credit life insurance policy. Easy right. Nope. Call centre can't do it. Send an email. Easy right. Nope. Email acknowledged. Turnaround time is 5 days. 5 days later still not cancelled and no feedback received. Absolutely useless. Stay far away from Standard Bank as they have absolutely zero standards.
