Not responding to mails or phone calls worst service ever

I'm still waiting on feedback on a claim that was submitted regarding a house breakin. I keep on sending mails but no one is responding to my mails. Also when you try to phone you only get transferred from one person to the next person and you not getting nowhere after holding on for more then 30 minutes for someone to assist me the person on the line just hangs up the phone call and you have to phone again anf again. Worst customer service ever !!!!
