Not possible to register a claim and non responsiveness

Absolutely useless. Standard Bank Insurance is impossible to get hold off... you phone the call centre but you never get an answer... you mail *** but you just get an automatic response with links to register on the web site.. i tried to do it but the user interface is impossible to navigate. DON'T INSURE YOUR HOME WITH STANDARD BANK! THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
