Not helpful consultants

I wanted to check about reinstating my mechanical warranty cover which was stopped my mistake after VAF agreement was concluded. The insurance broker who responded to my query (Vony va Rooyen) was very rude and not helpful, can you assist me in the matter and also try sending her for further training on how to work with clients.
