Not happy with this insurance company
you pay the insurance without missing installments, but when it is time they do their end of deal no they do not. They appoint people(Service providers) who do half jobs(bad incomplete service) on your vehicle. I was involved in an accident last year December but still now the insurance not resolved my issue. I have even escalated the matter to ombudsmen

So I believe this is just a automated response which never gets attended. I believe this is done to make it appear like they do actually take their clients serious where as infact they do not.
