Not happy with the outcome of my claim

Hello Peter I took a funeral cover for my father in 2006 and he passed on on the 19 Jan 2021, I went to standard bank Jeppe street branch to put a claim I had all the needed documents after I was done with the claim I was told that I must expect the funds in a month time ,I.m stuck with my father corpse at the funeral parlour we need to pay for repatriation as we are going to bury him in Eastern cape his body is here in Gauteng .Please can u help us
