NOT HAPPY WITH STANDARD BANK FUNERAL PLAN

My niece died on the 10th of February 2022, the case or matter is still.with the police as we found my niece hanging and by the look.of things it was.not done by her,she was 13 years old I insured her with standard bank funeral plan and my whole family, we have submitted everything to the bank postmortem the police case and all necessary information needed. But my question is why did they conclude that it's a suicide because the matter is with the police ,they did not even come attest to check with their forensics to check where the child was hanged even the height on where she was hanging at to.have their own report..I feel like they failed me, was family still bealive its not suicide as Westville waiting on the investigations from.police. She did.not wet herself we found her clean no **** on her,as you know that when you hang yourself such things happen, the way the rope was tightened its not for a 13.year old girl even the height. *** *** I feel that they really failed me or us as a family as I had to.use my salary to cover the funeral. It was so frustrating, wish our banks could have their forensics branches on such matter if they do happen not to conclude, we don't have close as family because of the matter that happened that doesn't make sense but to standard bank funeral it made sense to them mean while Noone of their own investigators came to asses on 2hat happen. We as family still waiting on the investigation but the standard bank concluded and made decisions on this matter. Felt so alone but I had a cover and bealive standard bank funeral had my back. So frustrating.
