Not happy

I'm not happy with Standard bank IIM still waiting for their response from August 2022 I wrote an email and again they sent an email regarding skipping of payment during the month of November 2022 so that they can double debit in December and it say reply to this mail,when I reply because I don't want to skip payment their email says delivery failed, please please please please somebody intervene
